Click on the survey and use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
Click and drag to scroll around the survey.
Click on the control at the top-right corner to toggle full screen mode.
Click when a blue box is highlighting an area to zoom to that area.
Click on the Home icon in the top toolbar to zoom out to view the entire survey.
